1. INTRODUCTORY INFORMATION
1.1. OLDFASHIONRIBBONS online store operating at www.decohobby.com.pl is run by Krzysztof Morawiec with its registered office in Gdynia (81-097) at ul. Skarbka 74F / 3, NIP number 9580235338, Regon number 220277820, hereinafter referred to as: OLDFASHIONRIBBONS Online store
1.2 The following text is the OLD FASHION RIBBONS regulations kept at www.oldfashionribbon.com These Regulations set out the rules for using the online store located at www.oldfashionribbon.com and apply to the Seller and all customers using the services of this online store.
1.3. Krzysztof Morawiec, hereinafter referred to as the Seller, has the sole right to operate the store indicated above.

Customer - a natural person with full or limited legal capacity, a legal person or an organizational unit without legal personality making purchases in the Store, having a customer account;
Consumer - a person within the meaning of art. 221 of the Civil Code;
Cart - an element of the Online Store, where the Customer specifies the order details such as: delivery address, delivery method, payment method, and other data, if their sharing is necessary in connection with the performance of the order
Password - a unique series of characters (numbers or letters) chosen by the Customer, which the Customer provides in the Online Store system for the purpose of confirming his identity. The password is confidential and the Customer should keep it secret
Login - Customer ID in the Online Store - a series of characters (numbers or letters) assigned to the Customer Online Store - a platform for placing orders for decorative articles at www.oldfashionribbon.com, which will be processed by Krzysztof Morawiec after their acceptance
Goods - an article on which an order can be placed in the Online Store Costs of delivery of the Goods - costs incurred for the purposes of delivering the Goods to the Ordering Party in accordance with the order made by him Working days - all days of the week from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays
Order processing time - the time during which the Store will complete the order and forward it to the carrier performing the delivery method chosen by the Customer;
Civil Code - Act of April 23, 1964 (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 121, as amended);
Consumer Rights Act - Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014 (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827);
Act on the provision of electronic services - Act on the provision of electronic services of July 18, 2002 (Journal of Laws of 2013, item 1422, as amended).
1.7 Orders in the Store can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

2.1 All products offered in the store www.oldfashionribbon.com are free from physical and legal defects.
2.2 All photos and video materials posted on www.oldfashionribbons.com are the property of OLDFASHIONRIBBONS store. Any copying and use for commercial purposes and presentation on other websites without the written consent of OLDFASHIONRIBBONS is prohibited.
2.3 Products at www.oldfashionribbon.com are presented as close as possible to their actual appearance. Photos reflect the colors and appearance of the products offered as accurately as possible. Due to the individual settings or parameters of the user's monitor, there may be insignificant differences between the photo and the actual color of the product.
3. COPYRIGHT PROTECTION
All products and product photos posted on the site and the texts assigned to them are the property of Krzysztof Morawiec. The use of original designs and their copying, plagiarism, reprinting of texts, distribution of photos, fragments of graphics from the site, descriptions, without permission is prohibited and constitutes copyright infringement in accordance with The Act on Copyright and Related Rights of February 4, 1994 (Journal of Laws 94 No. 24 item 83). It is also prohibited for external entities to download photos from www.oldfashionribbon.com and use them for marketing and commercial purposes.
4. ACCEPTANCE AND IMPLEMENTATION OF THE ORDER
The store sells goods and services via the Internet. The Store publishes information about goods and services at www.oldfashionribbon.com
4.1 Making a purchase in the Store does not require creating an account, but it is required to provide basic data enabling contact and shipping of goods.
4.2. Orders can be placed as follows:
a) via the form available on the Store's website (basket)
4.3 The condition of the contract is to pay for the goods and shipment within 7 days of placing the order and correctly completing the order form with at least the mandatory information. An order form containing an incomplete set of information is not considered an order. After placing the correct order, the customer receives feedback containing the unique order number via e-mail. The store has the right to refuse an order, limit the payment method or request prepayment if the order raises reasonable doubts as to the accuracy and reliability of the data provided or the method of payment.
4.4 For pages, the information contained on the Store's website with the goods purchased at the time of placing the order is binding, in particular: price, product characteristics, its features, elements included in the set, date and method of delivery.
4.5 Information on the Store's website does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code. By placing an order, the customer submits an offer to purchase a specific product. The sales contract is concluded when the Customer confirms the Order by clicking the confirmation link in the email sent to the Customer by the Store.
5. PERSONAL DATA
5.1 By placing an order in the Store, the Customer agrees to place his personal data in the OLDFASHIONRIBBONS database and to process it for the purposes of the contract. Providing personal data by the Customer is voluntary, however, the lack of consent to their processing prevents the Store from completing the order. The customer is responsible for providing false personal data.
5.2 Personal data are protected in accordance with the Act of 29.08.1997 on the protection of personal data (i.e. Journal of Laws No. 101 of 2002, item 926, as amended) in a manner preventing access by third parties.
5.3 Shop customers have the right to inspect their personal data, correct them and request removal. Personal data protection.
6.1 The OLDFASHIONRIBBONS store customer may choose the following forms of payment for ordered goods: - ordinary transfer: the choice of this form of payment allows for payment at any time, not exceeding 14 days from the date of order. The order is carried out after the payment has been credited to the Store's business account. 6.2. Shipping prices are specified in the delivery price list.
6.3. The condition for the release of goods is payment for the goods and shipping.
6.4 All prices given in the Store are gross prices in the Polish zloty (PLN). A proof of purchase is attached to each order. VAT invoices are issued.
6.5 Information on the total value of the order is presented in the Basket after the Customer chooses the payment method.
6.6 Promotions in the Store cannot be combined, unless the regulations of a given promotion provide otherwise
6.7. The Store reserves the right to change, without prior notice, the sale prices of goods on offer, as well as to introduce and cancel promotional campaigns for selected goods, as well as to add new and change goods in the Store.
6.8. Price changes do not apply to orders that were made before the Store introduced a specific change.
6.9 "The entity providing online payment services is Blue Media S.A.".
7. ORDER DELIVERY AND DELIVERY
7.1 All orders to Store customers are sent via Poczta Polska, a courier company or made available for pickup by the customer at the company's headquarters.
7.2. For each product, the status of the estimated time of order completion is given until the moment the order is transferred from the Store to the carrier performing the delivery - only Business Days are included. An order for goods with different delivery times is sent after completing the available goods for the order. The current order status is available after logging into the customer's account in the "order history" tab. The deadline for completing the package is determined on the basis of the product with the longest delivery time.
7.3 The implementation of the order in the Store begins when the form of payment is selected by ORDINARY TRANSFER, when the payment for the order is credited to the company account of Krzysztof Morawiec
7.4 The deadline for receipt of the shipment by the Customer is the sum of the time of order completion (described in paragraph 4 of chapter VII) and the time of delivery of the shipment by the carrier performing the delivery.
7.5 All store customers have the option of observing the status of the order placed. Customers who have a Customer Account, information about the order can be found in the MY ACCOUNT tab at www.decohobby.com.pl Customers who do not have a Customer Account will obtain information about the order by clicking the link received by e-mail to the Customer's address indicated when ordering.
7.6 By default, the delivery address is the address provided by the Customer during registration in the store.
7.7 If the Customer receives an order in damaged packaging, this fact should be reported to the Store employee by e-mail to the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org
8.1 Subject to paragraph 8.2 below, the Store is obliged to release the goods without defects. In the event of a defect in the goods, the Customer shall in particular have the right to lodge a complaint within 2 (two) years from the date of delivery of the goods and 1 year from the date of finding the defect in the goods. On the terms set out in the Civil Code, the Customer may request that the goods be repaired, the goods replaced with goods free from defects, the price of the goods reduced, or the contract of sale be withdrawn. In this case, the customer should return the goods to the address of the store: Krzysztof Morawiec 81-097 Gdynia ul.Skarbka 74F / 3. The returned goods should be accompanied by a proof of purchase or confirmation of payment by bank transfer together with a description of the complaint. The Store shall immediately, however, not later than within 14 days from the date of receipt of the parcel with the goods complained about, respond to the complaint and inform the Customer about further proceedings. 8.2 The Store is released from liability under the warranty for a defect, if the Customer knew about the defect of the goods at the time of conclusion of the sales contract with the Store. The description of the defect of the goods will always be indicated on the Product Page.
8.3 Complaints shall not be subject to discoloration and damage caused by improper use or maintenance and natural wear of the goods as a result of using as intended. Complaints are not subject to items whose appearance (e.g. color, intensity of colors) depends on the individual settings of the customer's monitor, as well as items whose description contained a note about the possibility of an insignificant difference in appearance or color.
8.4 Individual settings of the Customer's computer and monitor causing erroneous or distorted display of information about the goods (e.g. colors) cannot be the basis for a complaint.
8.5 OLDFASHIONRIBBONS Store does not accept any parcels sent COD.
8.6 In the event of damage for which the Seller is not responsible (damage resulting from the fault of the Customer or as a result of fortuitous events during use, in particular mechanical damage, scratches and bending of the original shape, unless they were caused by the original defect of the product), the Seller will contact contact the customer to inform him about possible repair costs. The customer can order a repair or pick up the product without repair.
9. RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM AN AGREEMENT.
Pursuant to the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights, the Customer who is a Consumer may withdraw from the contract in writing without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the package. In order to make a declaration of withdrawal from the contract, the Consumer may use the withdrawal form and should submit a statement of withdrawal from the contract by sending the above-mentioned statement to the address: Krzysztof Morawiec 81-097 Gdynia ul. Skarbka 74F / 3 and return the goods to the Store. The right to withdraw from a distance contract is not applicable to goods with the properties specified by the consumer in the order placed by him or closely related to his person, in particular does not entitle him to return products, e.g. with decoration, painting made on behalf of the client, a change in the materials from which the product is made, a change in size, etc., and goods not found in the Store's standard offer, made or imported on the customer's special order.
10. SHIPMENT DAMAGE
10.1. In the event of delivery of a damaged parcel during transport and it is impossible to identify any damage to the product that may result from it, it is recommended to refrain from collecting the parcel, if possible. If a damaged shipment is delivered, please immediately report this fact to the Store by e-mail or contact form. In order to facilitate the settlement of claims arising from complaints, please, if possible, provide confirmation of the damage in the presence of a representative of the transport company. Receipt of the parcel by the customer means the transfer to him of any claims against the carrier in connection with damage to the parcel (pursuant to Article 75 (3) (2) (b) of the Act of November 15, 1984 Transport Law).
10. 2. Acceptance of the parcel by the authorized person without reservation shall terminate the claims for loss or damage, unless: a - the damage was confirmed by protocol before the parcel was accepted by the authorized person, b - such statement was abandoned due to the fault of the carrier, c - the loss or damage was caused by the fault intentional or gross negligence of the carrier, the damage could not be seen from the outside, the entitled person found after accepting the parcel and within 7 days demanded to determine its condition and proved that the damage occurred in the time between accepting the parcel for transport and its release. (pursuant to Article 76 of the Act of 15 November 1984 Transport Law).
11. 1. By registering in the Online Store, the Customer agrees to the collection and processing by Krzysztof Morawiec ul. Skarbka 74F / 3 81-097 Gdynia, personal data provided in the personal data form only for the purpose of concluding and performing the contract of sale of goods concluded by accepting the order and processing them for the purposes of the implementation of the Contract, and if he agrees via the form, also for marketing and promotional purposes by the Store.
11.2. The consent referred to in point 1 of this paragraph, in terms of marketing and promotional purposes, includes in particular consent to receive advertising materials in electronic and paper form.
11. 3. Data related to the conclusion of the Agreement, which the Customer does not agree to their collection and processing for marketing and promotional purposes, will be deleted on the day on which the Online Store became aware of the Customer's failure to withdraw from the Agreement.
11. 4. The Customer declares that he has been informed about his rights under the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act, and in particular about:
a - the right to inspect his data and update and correct it,
b - address of the registered office and full name of the data administrator,
c - anticipated recipients or categories of data recipients, which are only employees of the Online Store and one-time carriers to deliver the order or payment operators to process payments for a specific order.
d - voluntary provision of data
e - requests to delete data
12. FINAL PROVISIONS.
12.1 In matters not covered in the Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code and the provisions of the Act on specific conditions of consumer sales and the amendment to the Civil Code and the Act on the protection of certain consumer rights and on liability for damage caused by a dangerous product shall apply. The provisions of these Regulations do not infringe the consumer's rights arising from the non-compliance of the goods with the contract.
12.2 The Store reserves the right to amend the Regulations. Amendments to the regulations are effective from the date indicated by the Store and publication on www.oldfashionribbon.com .
12.3 All names of goods offered for sale by the Online Store are used for identification purposes and may be protected and reserved under the provisions of the Industrial Property Law.
