TERMS AND CONDITIONS OLD FASHION CRAFT ONLINE STORE

1. GENERAL INFORMATION
1.1 The online store OLD FASHION CRAFT, operating at www.oldfashioncraft.pl , is run by: Krzysztof Morawiec Okrzei 4/4 84-300 Lębork Poland NIP: 9580235338 REGON: 220277820 hereinafter referred to as the Seller.
1.2 These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the online store available at www.oldfashioncraft.pl , including the rules for placing orders and completing purchases.
These Terms apply to the Seller and all Customers using the store.
1.3 The exclusive right to operate the online store belongs to Krzysztof Morawiec, hereinafter referred to as the Seller. 1.4 The domain www.oldfashioncraft.pl is the property of Krzysztof Morawiec.
1.5 DEFINITIONS Seller – Krzysztof Morawiec, Okrzei 4/4, 84-300 Lębork, Poland.
Customer – a natural person with full or limited legal capacity, a legal entity, or an organizational unit making purchases in the Store.
Consumer – a natural person performing a legal act not directly related to their business or professional activity within the meaning of Article 221 of the Polish Civil Code.
Shopping Cart – a section of the online store where the Customer specifies order details such as delivery address, delivery method and payment method.
Login – the Customer’s identifier in the online store.
Password – an individual sequence of characters used to access the Customer account. Product – an item available for purchase in the online store.
Delivery Costs – costs related to delivering the Product to the Customer. Business Days – days from Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. Order Processing Time – the time required to prepare the order and hand it over to the carrier. 1.6 Information about products offered in the store is available on the website www.oldfashioncraft.pl .
The offer is valid only within the territory of the Republic of Poland.
1.7 Orders may be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

2.1 All products offered in the store are free from physical and legal defects.
2.2 All photos and video materials published on www.oldfashioncraft.pl are the property of OLD FASHION CRAFT. Copying, distributing, or using them for commercial purposes without written consent from the Seller is prohibited.
2.3 Products are presented in a way that reflects their actual appearance as accurately as possible. Due to individual monitor settings, slight differences in color may occur.
3. COPYRIGHT PROTECTION All designs, patterns, photographs, and descriptions available on the website are the property of Krzysztof Morawiec.
Copying, publishing, distributing or using them without permission is prohibited and constitutes a violation of copyright law in accordance with the Polish Copyright and Related Rights Act of 4 February 1994.
4. ORDER PLACEMENT AND PROCESSING
4.1 Creating an account is not required to make a purchase. However, the Customer must provide data necessary to complete the order.
4.2 Orders can be placed through: the order form (shopping cart) available on the store website.
4.3 The order will be processed provided that: the order form is correctly completed payment is made within 7 days from placing the order After placing the order, the Customer receives an email confirming the order with its unique number.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse an order if the provided data raises reasonable doubts.
4.4 The information provided on the product page at the time of placing the order is binding for both parties, including: price product description delivery method order processing time
4.5 Information on the website does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.
Placing an order constitutes an offer by the Customer to purchase the product.
5. PERSONAL DATA 5.1 Customer personal data is processed solely for the purpose of order fulfillment.
Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to complete the order. 5.2 Personal data is protected in accordance with applicable laws.

All prices in the store are gross prices in Polish złoty (PLN).
7. ORDER PROCESSING AND DELIVERY Orders are shipped via: Polish Post (Poczta Polska) courier companies personal pickup Order processing begins after payment is received.
8. COMPLAINTS Customers may file a complaint within 2 years of receiving the product.

The returned package should include: proof of purchase description of the complaint The Seller will respond to the complaint within 14 days.
9. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL A Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from receiving the goods without giving any reason.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products: made to individual order personalized products products made according to the Customer’s specifications
10. DAMAGED SHIPMENTS If a package is damaged during delivery, it is recommended to prepare a damage report in the presence of the courier.
11. PRIVACY POLICY Customer personal data is used solely for order processing and, with the Customer’s consent, for marketing purposes.

12. FINAL PROVISIONS In matters not regulated by these Terms, the provisions of: the Polish Civil Code the Consumer Rights Act shall apply.
The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions.
